Have you ever challenged yourself to do something that you've failed at doing every time you've ever tried in the past? Well that's what I'm doing this week. I have never succeeded at eating healthy (meaning no fast food, no yummy extra cheese quesadillas, no tasty popcorn and candy at the movies, no soda). I'm following this little 7 day diet that is a strict "only 1500 calories per day" thing. And let me tell you, cottage cheese is disgusting, and I bought 2 - 16oz tubs of it. BLEH! I wanted to start eating healthier and hopefully look gorgeous for my wedding day. My goal is to lose 10-20 pounds by my wedding day. I have 229 days left and that leaves me plenty of time to lose that fluff in a healthy way.
But oh man, I hate cottage cheese.

New layout and content! I will be uploading lesson plans at the end of the semester and hopefully I will have a few more reviews for you to read.
I'm watching Food Network Challenge: Family Thanksgiving Dinner. One lady just used the phrase, "pumkpin fluff." That sounds amazing... haha. Well.. I don't have much to write about right now. New Moon is coming out tomorrow night at midnight! My step-sister, maid of honor, and little brother are all coming with me to see the movie! I wonder how many times I'll see this movie? I saw Twilight 6 times in theatres. :) We'll see.
